When I got to Narconon Vista Bay I was in really bad shape. I mean I was at the end of my rope. I had been destroying everything and everyone around me. Since I have been here, I have noticed major changes in me and the people with whom I surround myself.
After going through the Sauna Program, I feel years younger, as if I had sweated out years of drug abuse and I gained some years back; it's amazing. Then I did Objectives and I started to really notice what it means to be in present time. I noticed my patience really grew tremendously; I feel really good about my life and dealing with any problems that come about.
Now I'm in the upper books nearing the end of my program. It feels great to have so many wins and gains accumulating from week to week. That never used to happen. I encourage anyone who is new here or unsure about Narconon to just give it a chance. I'm stoked about what Narconon has helped me achieve.
